Fizzy drinks are dangerous to teeth!
Parents! Please ensure that your kids and teenagers are not drinking fizzy drinks in excess. They have an acid called carbonic acid which slowly dissolves enamel and dental tissues if exposed long term.
As the mother of two teenagers who love coke and sprite, I have had to put my foot down and insist they drink water and natural fruit juices with meals.
I know one day they will thank me for it, in spite of the complaints today!
